We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Residents of Sherry Hall are only responsible for cable / internet services.  WC Smith handles everything else.  Yes, all utilities are included!

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
